The United States Central Command (CENTCOM) stated that its forces destroyed seven anti-ship missiles in Houthi-controlled areas of Yemen on Monday.
Additionally, US forces neutralized three unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) whilst also destroying three weapons storage containers belonging to the Yemen-based Houthis.
"These actions are taken to protect freedom of navigation and make international waters safer and more secure for U.S. Navy and merchant vessels," CENTCOM stated in a post on X, formerly Twitter.
