United States Special Envoy for Ukraine and Russia Keith Kellogg is preparing options to end the Russia-Ukraine war, Semafor reported on Monday. According to unnamed sources, he said he wanted to meet with officials from the other 31 NATO member states to coordinate the effort.

It is unclear when any of the plans could be made public. Kellogg will attend the Munich Security Conference later this week but denied reports that he will reveal the administration's proposals to end the war at the event. The Ukrainian government also confirmed last week that Kellogg will visit Kiev in late February.
