Stock markets in the United States traded flat to higher in the premarket on Thursday with data on housing starts and jobless claims to come before the start of the session. Yesterday, the Fed released its Beige Book, noting optimism related to the prospect of interest rate cuts later in the year.
The Dow Jones stood flat at 4:29 am ET, the Nasdaq 100 rose by 0.33%, and the S&P 500 added 0.09%.
The euro traded 0.13% higher compared to the dollar and sold for 1.08949 at 4:30 am ET.
