US military destroys Houthi anti-ship missile

The United States Central Command (CENTCOM) stated in a social media post that the country's forces destroyed an anti-ship missile aimed at the Red Sea by Yemen-based Houthis

The missile was intercepted and shot down by USS Gravely, with no injuries or damage reported.

This newest attempted attack came following a recent statement by Mohamed al-Atifi, commander of Houthi forces, who said on Tuesday that the Houthis are ready for a "long-term" conflict with the United States and the United Kingdom.

Islamic Jihad claims attack on Israeli troops in Khan Younis
