Stock markets on Wall Street were mostly higher in Wednesday's trading hours in anticipation of corporate earnings releases expected in the coming hours.
Meta Platforms, Boeing, Ford, IBM, AT&T, and Biogen will all post their opening quarter results. Meanwhile, Tesla saw a 10% jump during the early trade after Chief Executive Officer Elon Musk shared that the carmaker will start the production of affordable new electric vehicles by early 2025.
The Nasdaq 100 rose 0.58% at 4:22 am ET, and the S&P 500 added 0.24%. The Dow Jones Industrial Average was flat. The euro slipped 0.12% against the dollar, selling at 1.06891.
