Crude oil inventories in the United States decreased by 3.07 million barrels in the week that ended December 16, private data from the American Petroleum Institute (API) reportedly showed on Tuesday.
Reserves in Cushing, Oklahoma, allegedly grew by 840,000 barrels. Gasoline stockpiles increased by 4.5 million barrels, while distillate inventories gained 830,000 barrels, according to the reported data.
