Additionally, President Donald Trump denied he had plans to fire Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell as it was rumored.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average grew by 1.89% or 740 points as Boeing surged by 6.98% at 9:32 am ET. The Nasdaq 100 rose by 3.15% or 577 points, with Marvell Technology Inc. jumping by 8.83%. The S&P garnered 2.52% or 133 points as Amphenol Corp. soared by 15.48% at 9:31 am ET.
The euro lost 0.19% to the dollar at 9:29 am ET to sell for $1.13991.
