Major stock equities on Wall Street opened mixed on Tuesday after the investors received the report on the global bank UBS' net loss of $785 million and an increase in Uber's revenue. Also, the prices of oil reacted to Chinese data and the decline of Aramco's net income. Rivian Automotive, Inc., eBay Inc. and Robinhood Markets, Inc. will release their reports later in the day.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 0.11% at 9:30 am ET with Caterpillar Inc. losing 1.67%. The Nasdaq 100 rose 0.32%, as Datadog skyrocketed 22.63%. Meanwhile, the S&P 500 opened flat.
The euro lost 0.47% against the dollar, selling at 1.06696 at 9:30 am CET.
