A B-52 bomber launched the Hypersonic Air-breathing Weapon Concept (HAWC) near the west coast of the US and the test was completed successfully, according to the source.
Washington reportedly tested the weapon soon after Russia claimed it used similar missiles in operations in Ukraine.
