Major stock exchanges in the United States traded higher in the premarket on Monday, recovering from significant losses registered on Friday, as the Federal Reserve officials showed hope that the central bank could reach its target without serious economic downturns taking place.
On the agenda, today, are releases on durable goods orders and pending home sales in the country. In addition, Zoom is expected to reveal its earnings report after the closing bell.
The Dow Jones gained 0.29% at 4:04 am ET. At the same time, the Nasdaq 100 advanced 0.55% and the S&P 500 rose 0.35%. The euro traded flat against the dollar at 4:05 am ET, to sell for 1.05517.
