US users report mobile services outages

Telecommunication services' users across the United States reported issues on Thursday with providers T-Mobile Inc., Verizon Communications Inc., and AT&T Inc.'s Cricket Wireless and FirstNet, according to outage-tracking website Downdetector.com.

More than 44% of T-Mobile users experienced disruptions in their signal connection, while 31% of them faced issues with their 5G Home Internet. Simultaneously, 56% of AT&T customers had problems with their landline internet, and an additional 36% had no signal at all on their mobile devices.

In major cities such as Chicago, New York City, Los Angeles, Brooklyn, and Philadelphia, nearly 58% of Verizon Communication customers struggled to access the internet through their phones.
