Wholesale inventories in the United States grew by 1.8% in May compared to April and amounted to $878.6 billion, the Census Bureau revealed in a release on Friday. Inventories jumped 24.7% from May 2021.
Sales of merchant wholesalers were at $713 billion in June, up 1.9% from May, and the percentage change from April 2022 to May 2022 was revised from 1.8% to 1.9%.
