USTR extends some exclusions from China Section 301 tariffs

The Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) shared on Wednesday in a press release that it will be extending certain exclusions from the China Section 301.

The extension will last until December 31, 2023, and encompasses "352 reinstated exclusions and 77 COVID-related exclusions in the China Section 301 Investigation."

The previous expiry date was September 30. "The extension will allow for further consideration under the statutory four-year review," USTR explained.
