United Kingdom's Ministry of Defense shared on Thursday, in its latest intelligence report, that Ukrainian forces were most likely able to destroy a "military pontoon bridge at Darivka," in Kherson Oblast, which the Russian troops deployed after a "nearby road bridge was severely damaged."

"The Darivka crossing is one of the main routes between the northern and southern sectors of Russia’s military presence along the Dnipro river," shared the ministry. The UK authorities noted that the destruction of this bridge and other vulnerable crossing points imposes "pressure on Russian forces" as it "slows their ability to deploy operational reserves and resupply materiel from the east."
