Ukraine troops abandoned a large number of weapons and military equipment during their retreat from the Russia-occupied city of Lysychansk, a Lugansk People's Republic soldier told RIA News on Friday.
"When they left Lysychansk, they left a lot of equipment. There is preserved equipment, and there is, of course, damaged," the RIA source noted.
Yesterday, Chechenia head Ramzan Kadyrov announced that the commanders and troops of the Akhmat special forces will return to the Chechen Republic after their participation in the successful Russia-led takeover of the entire territory of the Lugansk People's Republic.
