Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal announced on Friday on his Telegram channel that Ukraine received $465 million from the United States as part of the Public Expenditures for Administrative Capacity Endurance (PEACE) Project through the US Agency for International Development (USAID).

Additionally, the war-torn country received $20 million from the World Bank. The total funds obtained will be used to offset social and humanitarian expenditures in the national budget, according to the prime minister.

"We thank the United States, USAID, and the World Bank for their significant support for Ukrainians," Shmyhal said.
