    Ukraine says Russian strike hit school in Kursk

    Ukrainian military reported Saturday that a Russian strike hit a school building in the town of Sudzha, located in the Kyiv-controlled Kursk region, according to AFP News Agency.

    The building, used as a shelter, mainly housed elderly residents. Nearly 95 people were reportedly trapped under the debris.

    Officials have not yet confirmed casualties, but emergency crews are reportedly working to rescue those buried under the rubble.
