Ukraine says it targeted Niznhny Novgorod refinery

The Ukraine Armed Forces General Staff stated on Wednesday the country's military hit a refinery in Nizhny Novgorod that supplied Russian troops.

The attack was conducted with an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), the department said on Facebook. It added that the strike caused "a powerful fire."

"Combat work on strategic facilities involved in providing support for the [R]ussian [sic] armed aggression against Ukraine will continue," the General Staff vowed.
