Ukraine shot down 5 Iranian drones

Ukrainian armed forces shot down five Iranian-made kamikaze drones overnight, the country's Operational Command South said, according to Kyiv Independent.

Seven drones in total were flying over the Ukrainian Mykolaiv Oblast and were reportedly operated by the Russian troops.

Iran has delivered drones to Russia by the middle of this year, according to the White House, most of them of Mohajer-6 and Shahed-136 types.
