Ukraine's Minister of Internal Affairs Ihor Klymenko confirmed on Friday in a Telegram post that five people suffered injuries after a high-rise building in Dnepr became a target of a "Russian attack."
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky separately revealed on his social media profiles that a Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) building was also hit in the same city.
"All necessary services are on site. We respond quickly and help people. We keep the situation under control," he wrote on Facebook.
