Two teenagers were injured late Monday in a Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) attack in Russia's village of Borki, located in the Belgorod region, according to the region's governor, Vyacheslav Gladkov.
"A 16-year-old boy was injured as a result of the dropping of an explosive device from a drone. The victim with a closed head injury, a superficial head wound and multiple shrapnel wounds to the arms and legs is taken by the ambulance team to the Valui Central District Hospital," Gladkov wrote on Telegram.
Gladkov added in a later post that another teenager was wounded in the attack. The second 16-year-old suffered shrapnel wounds to the leg and shoulder and is in "a state of moderate severity," according to the governor.
