Billionaire entrepreneur and Tesla Inc. CEO Elon Musk said on Sunday that the United Kingdom's Reform Party should replace Nigel Farage as its leader.

"The Reform Party needs a new leader. Farage doesn't have what it takes," Musk said in a post on X. The Reform UK leader responded to Musk's comment, saying that it was a "surprise" for him and that he disagrees with the Tesla CEO, although he views him as a "remarkable individual."

Musk and Farage's disagreement follows their opposing views on the imprisoned far-right activist Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, also known as Tommy Robinson. While Musk showed his support for Robinson on social media, calling for his release, Farage disagreed and stated that he thinks Robinson is "not right for Reform."
