United States Vice President JD Vance called on Wednesday for a negotiated end to the war in Ukraine, emphasizing that there must be territorial concessions from both Russia and Ukraine.
Speaking to reporters, Vance also reaffirmed his support for Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, saying he had "100% confidence" in his leadership despite recent leaks involving sensitive military information.
The US vice president is currently on a four-day visit to India, where he met Prime Minister Narendra Modi for a closed-door meeting.
