Verstappen takes pole in US GP sprint qualifying

Red Bull's Max Verstappen will start the sprint race at the Formula 1 United States Grand Prix from the pole position after winning the sprint qualifying on Friday.

Verstappen won the qualifying session with a time of 1:32.833. Mercedes' George Russell came in second, while Ferrari's Charles Leclerc will start the sprint race on Saturday from the third position.
