Vinnytsia death toll rises to 22 with 52 injured

The number of fatalities following a Russian missile strike on the Ukrainian city of Vinnytsia has reached 22, according to the head of the National Police Ihor Klymenko. So far, 52 people have been hospitalized and 46 are still missing.

According to Ukrainian authorities, the attack was launched from a submarine in the Black Sea, with three Kalibr cruise missiles hitting the central Ukrainian city and causing significant damage. Over 300 members of emergency services have been dispatched to the site of the incident.
