The shares of Virgin Galactic Holdings, Inc. continued to fall on Wednesday, dropping over 10%.
In March, the business was sued by the Boeing Company and its subsidiary Aurora Flight Sciences over unpaid invoices amounting to $25 million, alongside allegedly holding on to the company's trade secrets, both related to a project the two started working on in 2022. Earlier this month, Virgin Galactic countersued, stating that Boeing did "shoddy and incomplete" work during the beginning phases of the project.
The company's stock plunged 10.26% at 11:41 am ET, going for $1.05 apiece.
