The World Economic Forum is amid a major leadership shake-up following a board-led investigation into workplace culture, The Wall Street Journal reported on Monday, citing people familiar with the matter.
According to the report, top executives, including Managing Directors Jeremy Jurgens and Saadia Zahidi, are discussing changing roles or exiting the organization. At the same time, Olivier and Nicole Schwab have stepped away from their positions.
The restructuring follows a review by Covington & Burling and Homburger law firms, initiated after the Wall Street Journal reported employee allegations of misconduct. However, the review found no legal violations or direct wrongdoing.
