United States National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan said during a press briefing on Wednesday that he "reached out" and scheduled a "conversation" for Thursday with members of the Congressional Intelligence Committee.

"I'm not in a position to say anything further from this podium at this time other than to make the broad point that this administration has gone further and in more creative more strategic ways dealt with the declassification of intelligence in the national interest of the United States than any administration in history," he noted.

Commenting on the social media post that The Head of the House Intelligence Committee Mike Turner made earlier today, urging the United States President Joe Biden to declassify all information regarding a "threat" so that Congress can "openly discuss the actions necessary to respond," Sullivan noted he is "a bit surprised the congressman Turner came out publicly today" on this matter.
