The White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Director Shalanda Young said on Thursday during a press conference that nothing is off the table when it comes to the potential length of the debt ceiling extension.

She stressed, however, that "default is off the table" and urged Congress to make sure that such a scenario doesn't take place.

Previously, Moody's Analytics Chief Economist Mark Zandi said that the United States Treasury may run out of cash to pay all of the government's bills on time on June 8.
