Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi (pictured right) will visit the United Kingdom for a meeting with British Foreign Secretary David Lammy (left), the Guardian reported on Sunday. A person familiar with the matter said Wang will hold a UK-China strategic dialogue, likely to take place in mid-February.
The two diplomats met twice last year and British Chancellor Rachel Reeves traveled to China earlier this month. Sources added that British Secretary of State for Business and Trade Jonathan Reynolds could also visit China later this year to "resume the UK-China Joint economic and trade commission."
