Wang: China ready to cooperate with Belarus

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi on Sunday said Beijing is ready to continue strengthening its relations with Minsk, to jointly implement the important agreements reached to date and promote the development of Chinese-Belarusian relations, TASS news agency reported.

Wang's comments were made in a statement expressing his condolences on the death of Belarusian Foreign Minister Vladimir Makei, whom he commended on supporting the "vigorously" promoting cooperation between the two
countries in various fields and making "an important contribution to the transformation of Chinese-Belarusian relations into a "comprehensive
strategic partnership."
