Warner Bros. Discovery Inc. confirmed it is halting advertising on X, formerly known as Twitter, along with a growing number of other companies amid the latest controversy involving the platform's owner Elon Musk. Earlier this week, Musk endorsed an antisemitic post made by an X user, stating it is "the actual truth."

IBM also reacted to Musk's comment, stating it has "zero tolerance for hate speech and discrimination." It added it is suspending advertising "while we investigate this entirely unacceptable situation." According to reports, Apple, Disney, Comcast, Paramount, Lionsgate and Oracle are among the companies who have pulled their ads from X.
