Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on Monday, at a press conference, that Western policies continue to "complicate international trade in energy resources."
Lavrov noted that Russia already expressed concerns over the steps the West has been taking regarding this topic, as such policies are creating "a crisis situation in the hydrocarbon markets, and [trying] to put pressure on oil and gas producing countries."
Meanwhile, commenting on the grain deal, Lavrov stated that Russia asked the United Nations to provide data on Ukrainian grain and destinations, as the minister put into question whether the crop is truly going to the poorest countries after being received by the European Union.
