Israeli military operations in the West Bank have claimed 884 lives since October 7, 2023, as reported by the Al Jazeera team on the ground on Wednesday.

Ayman Naji, 23, was killed yesterday during an Israeli raid in Irtah, a suburb south of Tulkarem. Moreover, the Palestinian Health Ministry confirmed the death of 25-year-old Osama Omar Abu Al-Haija in Jenin. Israeli forces prevented ambulance crews from reaching him, and his body was discovered on a building rooftop, according to the Wafa news agency. In addition, the Israeli forces also demolished the home of a Palestinian suspect tied to a deadly attack in November 2023. A second home, belonging to a wanted individual, was destroyed in the Tulkarem refugee camp.

Amid the ceasefire in Gaza and Lebanon, and for the second consecutive week, Israeli troops have expanded their operation from Jenin to Tulkarem, displacing over 1,000 Palestinians as raids continue.
