XPeng lowers prices of certain models

Chinese electric carmaker XPeng Motors announced on Tuesday in a WeChat message that it decided to slash the price of some of its electric vehicles.

The price of the carmaker's best-selling vehicle, the P7 sedan, was lowered by around 12% to the range of $31,000 and $36,900. In addition, the P5 sedan series prices now range from $23,170 to $29,960, around $3,400 down. Finally, G3i SUV prices are now between $22,000 and $26,130, approximately $2,950 lower than the previous cost.

Earlier, the company reported that its deliveries in December 2022 surged 94% in comparison to November, reaching 11,292 units.
