Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has arrived in New York to attend meetings of the United Nations General Assembly, the Ukrinform state media agency reported on Sunday.
Zelensky is expected to present what he calls his "victory plan" in his country's war against Russia to US President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris in separate meetings on Thursday. He will also probably meet with former US President Donald Trump, although no date has been set as of yet.
The 79th session of the UN General Assembly will have the conflict between Russia and Ukraine along with the crisis in the Middle East at the top of its agenda.
