Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in a statement posted to his Telegram channel criticized Moscow's attack on the port of Odessa, which took place earlier on Saturday.
"This proves only one thing: no matter what Russia says and promises, it will find ways not to implement it," the leader noted.
On Friday, both parties signed separate agreements to resume exports of grains, lifting the blockade installed in the Black Sea by the Russian government when it launched its military operation in Ukraine in February.
