Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Friday during a conference in Kiev that Russian President Vladimir Putin is to blame for the death of Wagner Group founder Yevgeny Prigozhin.

"The fact that he killed Prigozhin, at least that's the information we all have, not any other kind, that also speaks to his rationality, and about the fact that he is weak," the head of Ukraine stated.

Zelensky further mentioned that Moscow will be attempting to "instill fear" through blackouts and "nuclear blackmail."
