Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky offered condolences on the death of a French journalist, killed after an armored evacuation vehicle he was in was hit by shrapnel.
"My sincere condolences to Frederic's colleagues and family. He became the 32nd media representative killed since February 24," said Zelensky.
The BFM TV journalist Frederic Leclerc-Imhoff and his colleague, cameraman Maxime Brandstaetter, were killed on Monday by shelling in the city of Sievierodonetsk while attempting to evacuate to Lysychansk, the news station previously announced.
