Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Thursday that he is not interested in negotiating one-on-one with Russian President Vladimir Putin because, in his eyes, Putin is a "nobody." He told Sky News that he tried talking to Putin in the Normandy Format ahead of the invasion and that Putin "said one thing and did another."
Zelensky said he does not know "who makes decisions in Russia" and accused Putin of living in an "information bubble." However, he also warned that Putin is waiting for the West to "get tired" of supporting Ukraine. "I am convinced that Ukraine is just the first step for him. I am convinced that he is waging a big war," the Ukrainian President said.
