Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky revealed that three energy facilities were destroyed on Wednesday, following the attacks by the Russian forces earlier today.

The Ukrainian president urged citizens to save energy, after the country informed of electricity rationing on October 20 that will take place from 7 am to 11 pm.

"Of course, we will do everything possible to restore the normal energy capabilities of our country," Zelensky said. The president noted the country will prepare for "all possible scenarios" ahead of the winter season, as Kiev expects Russian "terror" to strike energy facilities in the upcoming months.
