Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated to the media on Friday that Russian President Vladimir Putin's United Nations administration proposal aims to "stall peace."
Yesterday, Putin recommended establishing a temporary UN-administered authority in Ukraine to conduct new elections "to bring to power a viable government that enjoys the trust of the people, and then begin negotiations with them on a peace treaty."
Zelensky mentioned that at the Paris conference, Ukraine agreed to expand intelligence sharing with European nations, along with permission to access certain ammunition stockpiles.
