Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky pointed out during a press conference after the Ukraine summit in Paris that Russian President Vladimir Putin wants to "divide" Europe and America.
"Undoubtedly, America is important, very important, and its decisions can impact the end of the war and to end Putin's desire to divide Europe and America," he told reporters. Zelensky added that the US stance on Russia should be "stronger."
The Ukrainian leader further said there are "a lot of proposals" from countries who are prepared "either through the air or with boots on the ground" to provide security guarantees to Ukraine.
