Zoom Video Communications Inc. announced on Wednesday three new pricing plans for its Contact Center users in need of "enterprise-grade features" that will become available in the following weeks.
The Essentials, Premium, and Elite packages will start at $69, $99, and $149, respectively, per month. All clients will gain access to the Zoom AI Companion tool and essential features like remote control, privacy, security, and support for crucial channels such as omnichannel voice, chat, SMS, and video. Premium subscribers will receive extra support for email, social channels, and outbound dialer, while Elite members will have access to Zoom AI Expert Assist, Quality Management, and Workforce Management tools.
"We have strategically invested in areas like advanced AI, workforce management, and omnichannel expansion to help build meaningful customer experiences," head of product, Zoom Phone and Contact Center at Zoom, Vi Chau noted.
