German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock disclosed that four individuals holding both German and Israeli citizenship were among the hostages Hamas handed over to Israel on Saturday.
"I think of them and those still in the hands of Hamas. We are working with all our might to ensure that they too will soon be free," Baerbock wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.
In addition, Irish Prime Minister Leo Varadkar revealed that a 9-year-old Irish-Israeli girl was also liberated from Gaza during the second day of the ceasefire between Hamas and Israel.
