Biden says he sees Putin as a killer

United States President Joe Biden said that he believes his Russian counterpart is a killer.

In an interview with ABC, Biden responded with "I do" to the question if he thinks the Russian president is "a killer." Furthermore, he added Moscow will pay the price for meddling in American elections.

Earlier, reports emerged the Biden administration is planning to impose new sanctions against Russia over its alleged attempts to interfere in November's presidential election. Meanwhile, Russia has once again denied the allegations, branding them a "hoax."
