United States President Joe Biden on Thursday lashed out at Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump in response to the former president's comment that all fallen US soldiers were "losers and suckers" which he allegedly made during his presidency.
"My son was not a loser and not a sucker," he said. "You're the sucker. You're the loser," Biden said addressing the former president. "Every single thing he said is a lie," Biden said. "Veterans are a hell of a lot better since I passed the Pact Act. One million of them now have insurance and their families have it," he added.
The former president quickly responded, stating that the quote was "made up" and that he never said it. "Nobody has taken better care of our soldiers than I have," Trump added.
