United States Secretary of State Antony Blinken said on Wednesday that Washington does not support Ukrainian attacks on the Russian territory.
"In terms of supporting and enabling attacks outside of Ukraine, that's not what we do. But Ukraine will have to and will make its own decisions. And I want to make sure that they have the equipment they need," Blinken said during the hearing at the House Committee on Foreign Affairs.
United States Joint Chiefs of Staff Chair General Charles Brown previously expressed confidence that its long-range weapons provided to Ukraine have not been used in the attacks on Russian territory.
