United States President Joe Biden's Hunter will receive his sentence in the case that found him guilty of three counts for illegal possession of a gun on November 13, approximately a week after the election for head of state, the District of Delaware District Court said in its documents issued on Friday.
Biden could be given up to 25 years in prison but is not expected to be penalized that severely.
The president's son also faces a trial on his alleged tax mishandlings on September 5.
