European Council President Charles Michel was forced to take shelter from missile strikes during his surprise visit to Odessa on Monday, according to an official.

The missiles interrupted a meeting between Charles and Ukraine Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal as they had to seek safety.

Earlier today, four Onyx missiles hit Odessa. Ukrainian Armed Forces warned all residents of possible further missile strikes and asked them to take shelter.
